In case you wish to return/exchange any product, you need to initiate it within 5 - 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Any products bought from the sale section are eligible for exchange or return.
- All items bought from the clearance sale section are NOT eligible for exchange or return.
- A refund is provided for returns/exchange of items that are not on clearance sale through our available methods of payment.
- In the case of returns, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The products should be in their original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- International orders are not eligible for any returns/exchanges.
- In case of a missing product, we request you to get in touch with our customer care team within 72 hours of delivery.
- The products sold in sales are offered at a discounted price, and therefore, the terms and conditions of sale are subject to change.
- The products sold during the sale are considered final sale, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

ABOUT THE FOOTWEAR
- All footwear at SOUL is manufactured using non-leather material. We do not suggest wearing them in and around the water.
- Our footwear does not come with a warranty. The life of the same simply depends upon the wear and tear of the product.
- Always dry your feet before wearing your footwear. Wet or moist feet can lead to minor damages in the footwear.
- Varied weather conditions can affect the conditions of the footwear including the accessories that come with it. We request you to store them in a shoe bag
- In case any minor repairing is required, we will repair the product at our cost only once within three months of the delivery.
