Sale Items

Products bought on sale are considered a final purchase, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted for such products. The sale period is subject to change, availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue the sale at any time.

Returns

At SOUL: Spirit of Unconditional Love, we value your trust in our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. However, given the nature of our products, we operate on a "no returns" policy for quality control purposes. This means that all purchases are considered final.

Though we do not accept returns for refunds, we are happy to facilitate exchanges under certain conditions.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for non-sale items for size-related issues. If your purchase does not fit as expected, you may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and has the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange Procedure
Follow these simple steps to initiate an exchange:

Make the payment of Rs. 300/- for reverse shipping through this link: Reverse Shipping Payment and take a screenshot of the payment confirmation.

Reply to this email support@gowithsoul.in with the following details:
  • Exchange details (Order number, Number of products to be exchanged, Name of the products to be exchanged, Reason for exchange)
  • Screenshot of the payment confirmation
  • Once we receive the above details, we will arrange the pick-up of your product(s) within 2 – 3 working days. Subject to quality checks, we will dispatch the exchanged product(s), with an estimated delivery period of 8 – 12 working days.
Kindly note :
  • Exchanges are applicable on orders within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • We can only exchange the size of the product, we cannot exchange the product with another product.
  • Products bought on sale are considered a final purchase, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable Items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • All items bought on sale.
  • Non-footwear items like heel balm, scented sole etc.
Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product being exchanged is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. SOUL will not be held liable for any damage caused during the return shipping process.
