1. Soak

What can be better than a warm soak after a long day at the office? Prepare a warm water bath to cleanse your feet of all the dirt. You can add your favourite bubble bath or just a few drops of essential oil. Soak your feet in the fragrant warm bath for about 10 minutes. Pat dry your feet with a soft towel.

2. Nail and Cuticle

The soothing soak will soften your cuticles. Now you can trim and clean the toenails. It’s advised to avoid cutting the cuticles, rather push them back towards the nail bed to ensure your nails look attractive.

3. Exfoliate

Apply your homemade foot scrub and go scrub-a-dub to exfoliate your feet. You may use a pumice stone to smoothen the rough skin. Wipe away the traces of the scrub. Here’s how to make homemade foot scrub: Take granulated sugar, half a cup of coconut oil and a few drops of peppermint oil. Mix these and give your feet a good exfoliation.

4. Foot mask

Pamper your feet with a foot mask. A simple DIY mask recipe is using a half cup of honey and one tbsp of fresh lemon juice. Coat your feet with the mask, let it stay for 15 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water.
